Shipping, Returns, and Refunds Policy

1. Shipping
Order Processing: All orders are processed within a maximum of 3 business days after receipt.
Estimated Delivery Time: Shipping may take between 7 and 15 business days, depending on the destination.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping under certain promotions or special conditions, which will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
Order Tracking: We provide a tracking number for each order once it has been shipped, allowing you to track its progress at all times.
2. Returns
Exchange for Incorrect Size: We accept exchanges for incorrect sizes, provided the customer notifies us within 14 calendar days of receipt. Exchanges are free of charge, subject to stock availability.
Lack of Availability: If we do not have the requested product available for exchange, an alternative solution will be offered (refund or similar product).
Product Conditions: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with the packaging intact.
3. Refunds
Refund Processing: Once the returned product is received and its condition verified, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.
Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the return notification.
Defective Products: In case of manufacturing defects, you must notify us within 7 days of discovering them. We will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price, depending on the feasibility of each case.
4. Cancellations
Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipment.
After Shipment: Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been shipped.
